Post Members, our next meeting is Thursday, October 3rd., starting at 6:30 sharp!  Please make every effort to attend every meeting! Participation and Volunteering, is Always Needed to Keep and Maintain the High Standard we strive for, as we continue assisting Our Veterans, the Men & Women on Active Duty and their Families, and Our Community Members, who May Need Assistance.  We want to keep our Post the Best in Atlantic County!

Friday Night Dinner

 
Our Post offers Fine Dining every Friday evening, that is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!  Dining Hours are4 PM to 8:30 PM, in the Banquet Hall and Canteen. The Dinner Menu, includes various appetizers, entrees, sides, and deserts, to treat your palate. This Friday evening, features a Post favorite, the music of Paul Tozz.  So make plans to stop by and enjoy a Nice Dinner, Music and Beverages, with Family and Friends! The V is the Place To B!

Post Banquet Hall Rental

 

Our Post’s Banquet Room is available to the PUBLIC to RENT.  Call the Post at 609-266-9813, leave your name and phone number, and a House Committee Representative will get back to you, as soon as possible. We want to assist you in planning and making "Your Special Event" Come True.  Look on our website's Gallery to see some pictures of different types of events that have been held at our Banquet Room.

 Sports Updates

 

Well the Phillies have been playing excellent ball so far this season and are running neck and neck with the Dodgers, for the best record in the National League and Home Field for all of the League Playoff games.  

 

Well it's Football season and Our Eagles have opened the season with a win over the Packers, in San Palo, Brazil! They are the first NFL teams to play in South America and although both teams were a little off at the beginning, they played a very good game. Next up our Eagles will be playing at Atlanta versus the Falcons on Monday night, the 16th.

On Sunday's throughout the Football season, the V will have a wonderful Donation Buffet starting at 1 PM.  So plan to get together with Family, Friends and Members, on Saturdays for the College games and Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights  for the NFL games.

So stop by the Vwatch the Games, Enjoy some food, and Liquid Refreshment!

Upcoming Events    

 
 Saturday, September 14th: This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

The Annual VFW "END OF SUMMER BARBECUE". Plan to come to the V and enjoy a fun time with the family with Great Food, Refreshments, Kids Face Painting and Music by the Steve Moore Duo. The doors open at 5 PM and the music starts at 6 PM.  The weather is going to be nice, so outdoor and indoor seating will be available. Tickets are $25 per adult and $10 per child.

 Our Post's Weekly Events!

 

On Sunday's:

Brian will be providing your needs behind the bar and overseeing our Donation Buffet, on Sunday's during Football season, starting at 1PM.

 

On Monday evenings: This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

It's Free Bingo! Stop in at Steve's Bingo Parlor, for some fun with family and friends.  Debbie's First Call is at 6:30 PM and the last game usually ends between 8:00 & 8:30 PM.  1/4 lb. Gourmet Hot Dogs, and a bag of chips, are available for $2.50. This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

 

On Tuesday evenings: This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

From 6:30 to 9:30, round up your family and friend's, make a team and stop by the V and play some Trivia! Chick Leiby will be trying to stump the teams with Questions, that will test your teams knowledge. Mary Alice is behind the Bar to take care of your Beverages and Joe will have a Trivia Treats Menu to satisfy your palate We have more and more teams attending each week, so plan to join the party! It's challenging, a lot of fun, and everyone enjoys the team rivalries! Which Team will be this week's winner?


On Wednesday's: 

It's "Wednesday With Joe", From 1PM to 8:30PM. Joe, will be serving his famous "Wednesday Menu" that includes: an array of Appetizers, $1.00 Hot Dogs, and $5.00 Mouth Watering Hamburgers, for all to enjoy!  Get a 50% Discount on Additional Eats, from 1 to 3 PM!

 

On Thursday evenings

From 5:30 to 9:00, get your Pool Cue ready and stop by the Post, to play some Three Ball Pool!  It's a lot of fun, for both Men and Women, and everyone has a great time seeing who is the best that Night!  Steve will be manning the Bar and Joe will have Appetizers, Sandwiches + $7 Cheesesteaks, available at 5:30.  First Rack is at 6:30.
